Yoko Higashino
Began training in modern dance and ballet in 1982. Founded her first unit ""ERROR SYSTEM"" with 2 musicians in 1995. Founded ""Dance Company BABY-Q"" in 2000. By collaborating with artists from other art genres, the company covers not only the field of performing arts but also the sub-cultural and contemporary music field. The world of BABY-Q has been developed by multilaterally integrating each character and time frames of works of the members including the dancers, actors, musicians, visual image designers, visual artists, and costume designers.
With such internationally acclaimed works as ?ALARM!?(2004), ?GEEEEEK?(2006), ?E/G?(2007), and ?I?m aroused?(2008), "[RHIZOME]M mother/monster/machine/m....."(2009)the company is expanding its field of activities globally. The company was invited to the art festivals in the United States, France, Singapore,Mexico,Germany,Norway,Cuba,Itary and so on.
Won TOYOTA Choreography Award in 2004, Grand Prize in Yokohama Solo+Duo Competition in 2005. As a solo performer and an event organizer, Higashino has been appearing regularly in places outside of the theater context throughout her career. Her highly regarded workshops for contemporary dance are being offered throughout Japan.
Higashino also runs and designs for her clothing brand "HE?XION!"and operates a music label "HE?XION! TAPES".
MUSIC
NATIHO TOYOTA
She has started to make a music since 1997. She represents Dark anbient, Electronica & Noise in original view of the world. She designs a sound, like conrider a space three dimensionaly.
She has taken charge of all the music of Baby-q since 2000. She organized unit "s:p" that consisting of 2 women.She played some live performances, for example sound event "garden", "room" at Kyoto seika university, at some night clubs, and soon.
2001, she played solo live at Yokohama Triennale. She is holding an event "INDIVIDUAL ROGIC" at studio Gpod irregulary. 2004, made all the music of a drama "Hamlet" that sponsored Osaka HEPHALL. That was favorably received.

He has started to make robot that use waste since 1995. He does the robot battle at the field and theater. He has taken charge of all the performing arts of BABY-Q since 2000.
LIGHTING
Kiyokazu Kakizaki
He has designed and operated for Dairakudakan as a lighting designer since 1987. He went with Dairakudakan for the oversea tours in 1988 (America:N.Y and another 8places, Singapore, Australia)
1989 - 2002, He was active as lighting designer and operater for Ishinha. went with Ishinha for the oversea tours (Germany, Italy, UK, Australia etc) He was nominated "lighting designer association a new figure award" candidacy in 1998. He has designed and operated all the works of BABY-Q as a lighting designer since 2000. He is playing an active at divers stages.
VISUAL

He has played an active part ROKAPENIS as a visual artist since 1999. He played VJ at night club in Tokyo and Osaka. He has taken charge of all the making images and operation for all works of BABY-Q since 2000.
2004, In Australia, he sent a visual work for BABY-Q in Adelaide festival. Also he held the event that "installation" 30 watching cameras and 15 tv monitors at SUMISO in Osaka.
